Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, and personnel records management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Coordinate office and project site operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit HR reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
