Responsibility
- Develop and manage cost estimations, budgets, and financial forecasts for marine projects.
- Lead tendering processes, including preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with commercial objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine commercial or project management roles.
- Proven track record in tendering, contract management, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in budgeting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marine industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
