Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-end office fit-out project in Bali.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and construction regulations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in office fit-out or commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
