Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management (Senior PM role requires 8+ years).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
