Responsibility
- Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract terms.
- Conduct cost estimations and feasibility studies for construction projects.
- Evaluate and compare contractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in tender projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and market conditions in Bali.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
