As a Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of residential, commercial, or civil engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, blueprints, and engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, risk assessments, and cost analyses.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or modifications.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges to minimize delays and ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali and work in outdoor/field conditions.
