Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify measurements.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve any cost-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Bali.
