Responsibility
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Supervise onsite subcontractors and internal teams to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Ensure all construction processes strictly adhere to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations and environmental standards.
- Maintain effective communication with consultants, stakeholders, and relevant government authorities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in site management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building construction techniques, project scheduling, and site safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
