Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative and logistical operations to ensure seamless business functionality.
- Manage facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor contracts to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align general affairs with company goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement policies for workplace safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Supervise a team of general affairs staff, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Handle budget planning and expense tracking for general affairs department.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., landlords, service providers) to negotiate and maintain service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or facility management, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and operational workflows.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and basic financial management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
