Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, local Bali construction laws) to minimize risks.
- Monitor material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve on-site conflicts, technical challenges, or resource shortages proactively.
- Implement sustainable construction practices to reduce environmental impact.
- Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, blueprint reading, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with BIM software, AutoCAD, or MS Project for project planning and tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Certification in OSHA, PMP, or LEED is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali project sites as needed.
