Responsibility
- Prepare and review shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with architectural plans.
- Coordinate design details with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address design queries and provide technical support.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in collaboration with the project team.
- Ensure that all architectural elements are implemented according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali's architectural styles and construction practices is a plus.
