Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
