Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including critical path analysis, using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and allocation of resources.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and market dynamics is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
