Responsibility
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, QA, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality benchmarks and project specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Optimize workflows and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scopes, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, quality assurance, or a similar role within the construction, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on timeline adherence and quality control.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and quality assurance software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, lean methodologies, and other industry-specific quality frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
