Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and report any deviations from design or safety protocols.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site management or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali’s key construction hubs.
