Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of OHL transmission line projects across Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any technical or logistical challenges.
- Manage project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to proactively address potential issues.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in project management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Overhead Line (OHL) or transmission line projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory and safety standards for infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
