You will coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to bring visionary interior spaces to life. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations on interior construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met.
- Manage on-site teams, including laborers, craftsmen, and technicians, to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and tools required for interior construction projects.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and other documentation to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior construction or site management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes in Bali.
- Willingness to be based on-site at project locations across Bali.
