Responsibility
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to maintain productivity.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations (local and international).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local regulations is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are preferred.
