Responsibility
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures (tube & clamp, system scaffolding, etc.) according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding components for defects, wear, or damage before and after use to ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to interpret blueprints and scaffolding plans.
- Adhere to OSHA, local safety standards, and company protocols to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Secure and level scaffolding platforms to support workers, materials, and equipment at various heights.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper storage of scaffolding materials and tools.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding equipment to and from project sites.
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scaffolder in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Certification in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local Indonesian scaffolding license) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting scaffolding drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (e.g., Cuplock, Ringlock, Kwikstage, or Frame Scaffolding).
- Physical fitness to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs/23 kg) and work at heights for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta) on a contract basis.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus for coordination with international teams.
