Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with global teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Drive the migration from Planview to Jira, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards to provide real-time insights and data-driven decisions.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical, operational, and executive teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Planview, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in leading digital transformation or software migration projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
