Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems installation, testing, and commissioning on construction sites.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of M&E materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resource allocation.
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts on-site, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all documentation, including drawings, permits, and certifications, is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, M&E engineering, or site management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, local regulations).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local vendor networks is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
