Based in the dynamic Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction quality, identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures to uphold industry standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.

Responsibility
- Lead QA/QC inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Identify, document, and track construction defects, proposing and overseeing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with developers, main contractors, and subcontractors to align on quality benchmarks and defect resolution protocols.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, including testing procedures, material inspections, and workmanship evaluations.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, highlighting QA/QC findings, non-conformities, and remediation progress.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations throughout all project phases.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams on best practices for defect prevention and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC, defect management, or a similar role, preferably with a developer or main contractor.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards (e.g., SNI, ISO, or international codes) and defect identification techniques.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in construction quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, LEED) are a plus.
