Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and approvals.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative construction methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in site management for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding IDR 500M and teams of 50+ personnel.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in OSHA, PMP, or similar is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
