Ho Lee Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across Baliās most dynamic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other documentation to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across Baliās key locations.
