Responsibility
- Strategic Project Leadership: Direct and manage multiple high-value construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and contractors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure new project opportunities through market research, client engagement, and proposal development.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes and environmental impact.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a Director or Senior Manager role, overseeing large-scale projects (USD 5M+).
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia (or comparable markets).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire high performance, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management for construction projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools. Fluency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to negotiate, present, and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of resolving complex project challenges under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; Master’s or PMP certification is advantageous.
