Responsibility
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor and document construction progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and compliance assessments.
- Verify the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Support multiple project sites as needed, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Inspector of Works, Site Supervisor, or similar role in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measurement devices, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung, Bali as required.
