Responsibility
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Support senior quantity surveyors in measuring and valuing work completed on site
- Help prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules
- Maintain up-to-date project financial records and cost reports
- Conduct site visits to verify measurements and assess progress
- Assist in preparing variation orders and final accounts
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quantity surveying software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Fluency in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
