Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project time schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Design and implement efficient construction methodologies tailored to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution of all project phases.
- Monitor budget adherence and cost control measures, providing regular financial reports to senior management.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, permits, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
