Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end management of interior fit-out projects, from tendering to handover, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontractor agreements, and vendor terms to optimize project costs and mitigate risks.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project cash flow, variations, and financial reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to align technical specifications with budget constraints.
- Resolve disputes, claims, and contractual issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
- Proven track record in managing budgets of IDR 500M+ for commercial or residential fit-outs.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Project/Primavera for scheduling.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market, local suppliers, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project scopes.
