Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes.
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor resources are available and utilized efficiently.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address design changes or project modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
