Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline semiconductor piping installations and system integrations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all work meets semiconductor industry cleanroom and piping standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a zero-incident work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site coordination or supervision, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech construction.
- Proven expertise in piping systems, cleanroom construction, and industrial compliance (e.g., GMP, OSHA).
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and construction software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other project locations.
