Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction industry and local regulations is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
