Responsibility
- Develop accurate cost estimates for piping projects based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary data for estimations.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine material and labor costs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost estimates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to ensure budget compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, material costs, and best practices in piping estimation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Piping Estimation Specialist or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
