Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee civil and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for government projects in Bali. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management, ensuring compliance with stringent government regulations while delivering high-quality results.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with government stakeholders, engineers, and construction teams to maintain safety standards, quality control, and project efficiency.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with government agencies, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.
- Manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installations and civil works in compliance with government standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain productivity and professionalism.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably on government projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and civil engineering principles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with strict compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and government procurement processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
