Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction operations to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to track milestones and address deviations.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
