Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output in manufacturing operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and technical reports.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., yield, cycle time, cost) and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Lead pilot tests and scale-up projects for new product lines or process enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in agribusiness, food manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Proven expertise in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD) and statistical analysis (Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of reducing costs or improving efficiency.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar) or commute as required.
