Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize Bluetooth protocol stacks and radio firmware for embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define wireless communication requirements and specifications.
- Implement and debug low-level Bluetooth and radio software, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of wireless communication protocols.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks for Bluetooth and radio software validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to wireless connectivity.
- Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies and industry standards (e.g., Bluetooth 5.x, LE Audio).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Bluetooth/RF software development for embedded systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth protocols (Classic, BLE, Mesh) and wireless communication standards.
- Experience with radio firmware development and RF testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
- Familiarity with embedded Linux and Yocto Project is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
