Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project execution from design to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Oversee technical documentation, including project plans, reports, and compliance records.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia.
