Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and technical reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental best practices on-site.
- Lead and mentor a team of site engineers, laborers, and support staff to optimize productivity.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues.
- Utilize construction management software and tools to track project milestones and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management and civil engineering, with a proven track record in construction projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., IPK/IATPI) or licensure is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project demands.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
