Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations on construction and engineering sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in site management, preferably in engineering or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its construction industry is a plus.
