Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in conducting on-site and off-site meetings to address technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, blueprints, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials while maintaining inventory records.
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with Baliās local construction regulations and environmental standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
