Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Conduct regular safety checks and compliance inspections to adhere to local and international standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations when required.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems as part of facility upgrades.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with CBRE’s quality standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, or working in confined spaces.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
