Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work quality and address any deviations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations in Indonesia.
