Responsibility
- Oversee and manage multiple fit-out construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Bali or similar regions.
