Responsibility
- Lead and manage all BPO operations, ensuring adherence to PEZA compliance and regulatory standards.
- Oversee site audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational integrity.
- Develop and execute strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure all site activities comply with local and international regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within BPO or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of PEZA compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and operational initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
