Responsibility
- Community Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage a vibrant community of tech practitioners, including developers, engineers, and innovators.
- Program & Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute technology-focused events, workshops, hackathons, and meetups to drive knowledge sharing and networking.
- Knowledge Sharing Initiatives: Curate and disseminate high-value content, including whitepapers, case studies, and best practices, to support continuous learning within the community.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, tech startups, academic institutions, and government bodies to amplify program reach and impact.
- Adoption of Engineering Initiatives: Support the rollout and adoption of new engineering frameworks, tools, and methodologies within the community and partner organizations.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze community engagement, program success, and initiative adoption to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing and communication materials (e.g., newsletters, social media content) to promote programs and events.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from community members to refine programs and ensure they meet the evolving needs of tech professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in community management, program coordination, or tech event organization, preferably in the technology sector.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of software development, engineering practices, or emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, DevOps).
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to grassroots tech enthusiasts.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Content & Marketing: Experience in creating engaging content and leveraging digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, Discord) to build communities.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring success, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or survey platforms.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with a global or regional focus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
