Responsibility
- Provide Level 2 IT support for cloud-based systems, servers, applications, and networks.
- Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to enhance service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline IT operations.
- Manage and configure Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Document IT procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on cloud and network technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
