Responsibility
- Develop and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow websites tailored to client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, schema markup, and content optimization to improve search visibility.
- Optimize websites for local SEO, ensuring businesses rank higher in geographically targeted searches.
- Conduct performance audits and apply improvements to enhance site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency and functionality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align web development with broader digital strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including CMS integrations, animations, and custom interactions in Webflow.
- Stay updated with Webflow updates, SEO trends, and web development best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Webflow Developer or Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, SEO-optimized websites.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to customize Webflow templates and build from scratch.
- Deep understanding of on-page and local SEO principles, including keyword research, meta optimization, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with performance optimization tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix).
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, interactions, and integrations (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, or other third-party tools).
