Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for banking transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, including RAIDs, status reports, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (C-level, business heads) to align project objectives with strategic business goals.
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution, proactively identifying and addressing project roadblocks.
- Optimize resource allocation and cross-functional coordination between IT, operations, and business teams.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for banking projects, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within banking, financial services, or fintech.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale banking transformations (e.g., core banking, digital payments, CRM).
- Strong expertise in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) and PPM methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Deep understanding of banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, AML, KYC) and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
