Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive technical support for office hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, including operating systems, productivity suites, and specialized applications.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access for all users.
- Set up, configure, and deploy IT equipment for new hires and existing employees.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and security protocols to safeguard company data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system configuration.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, as well as common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
